This is literally the best tuner I've ever used. Decibel metre against pitch xy axis setup. Super easy to use on free mode. I didn't find any ad problems. Tuned to drop d from just my electric guitars natural sound (no plugging in) and results were perfect. This is super easy to use. It even works well in a noisy environment. I have a hearing loss and tuning is really hard for me. The visually color feedback helps me get the tuning right. Some tuners are specific to the guitar or violin or other traditional instruments so your choice is limited. If you play another instrument and know the note you want, say A or D, you can tune to that note. I play the dulcimer which has 5 or more tunings. Great App. I use the DaTuner App all the time. I personally have found it to be the best Tuner App of all the many that I've tried. It is loaded with tremendous features, and I've never had any issues with this App. I have numerous electronic Tuning devices, but I find myself using the DaTuner App 98% of the time. Even in performing instrument setups and intonations. I highly recommend this App for tuning any instrument. Compliments to the developer of this wonderful App.
I have been using this app since 2018, and I have successfully tuned seven different instruments through this app: guitar, rabab, santoor, violin, flute, harmonium, and tabla. The application also functions offline. Additionally, it allows users to adjust tuning above or below the international standard pitch, with precise control in hertz— so you can tune any kind of instrument and it works free. What more do you need?
great, the simplicity of the app and user friendly settings are awesome to have in a tuning app, I tend to just leave the app open while playing either guitar to just have a visual representation of the notes I'll play on the fly, background noises will not bother you aslong as you keep your phone reasonable close by, thanks for the app, and the low storage space it takes up is my main priority for downloading
Great piece of software. I always hated hardware tuners, and so I was really glad to find a free product that is comparable. I am still using the free version, but may buy premium just because of how frequently I use it. I'm a bass player, and one thing that I like about it is that its response time is fast enough so that I can see the notes as I play them. it's really great for learning the fingerboard.
