This is the first app I have used that delivers what it says. I have bad lower back problems and this app takes you through a series of exercise that are not only pain free but also help with gentle muscle development.

I've only used it once and I'm already so in love with it. The 3D guide is a big help especially for beginners. This app is great for those that are interested in learning yoga but are too lazy to join a real class.

I love it ❤❤ Great app I would like to recommend however, the description for the exercises be place on the workout screen for beginners to ensure they are doing the poses correctly.
