It is the only application that to me works without an active Internet connection. It created a local .vcf file and allowed me to edit it, transfer and reload. I found a bit confusing the initial selection of a folder and the way the VCF editor handles edited files but overall it works well. Later I understood that the user selected folder is used by the app to save its inner data, not to save the local backups (saved in /ContactsBackup).
