Exactly what I was looking for. Good pace for me as a female beginner in her 50s. Easy to follow. Love I can play my own music on spotify and still hear voice c9mmands. I can pause as I set up for next up. This is probably next best thing to a personal trainer making a complete plan and program. 20 mins a day is easy and whole body worked in one week. Would only live to see daily abs no matter what part of body you're working on.
Really like this app! Great longer 4 to 8 week workout plans or daily workouts focusing on particular muscle groups with only dumbbells and bench required. I didn't have a ton of experience with dumbell exercises. This app takes all the guesswork/ homework out of making dumbells my primary way to build muscle.
Awesome app def what I was looking for! Even includes a meal plan and shopping list! If i could give more stars i would. Only on day 2 of strong body 1 but already feel that good muscle sore. Keep up the great work!
