I'm excited about this app. My new years resolution was to start working out again. I used to workout regularly, nothing fancy, just sit ups, crunches, push ups, pull ups/chin ups, etc. Basically the workouts that this app offers, that's why I'm so excited about it. This application is the best home workout I have ever seen! Really really making use of this app during our State of emergency (Liberia). The most entertaining part is my trainer (who is cartoon or mulpet) don't understand what I goe through during our training time. I strongly recommend this application for everyone to make use of and trust me you will like it.
I feel like the program set for me is perfect is hard but it's doable unlike the previous apps i used i even bought an online program but they're to hard I can't do them correctly, This app gives enough to let you feel the burn but easy enough that you can perform each exercise
