Real People, Real Results
How should I put it, this application is amazing I mean it, it helps people whose body has turned into Log become flexible, its also help calm the mind and I body, the most amazing part is, you just need to download the beginner classes and when you get to advance you subscribe for the classes, it has a audio voice guide and video guide too, I find the exercises much more comfortable and relaxing than yoga, since yoga is not for people whose body has stiffened all over and cannot bend.
I have a really very sedentary lifestyle. I used to work out a lot when I was younger, but lifting weights and cardio just lost it's magic and value to me in the recent years. I have found some Qigong video exercises, but it gets repetitive to do the same ones over and over. I still do them in the morning and evening, and then I found this app to give me some mobility break in the afternoon. Beginner friendly, and there's a training progression with more forms. I highly recommend it.
My body aches were overwhelming from old injuries and a lifetime of bad posture. I started this app several weeks ago. I have much less aches in my joints, which I am most happy with. My energy levels have increased due to the ability to move more freely. If you are serious about having a body that works the way you'd expect, I can definitely recommend Tai chi workout at home. Stick to the program on a daily basis for positive results.
Great app, I've been on it since November, I tried it out on the free with ads option then paid the lifetime subscription, and, along with a bit of walking and dieting have lost 14kg, feel so much better within myself, both mentally and physically, calorie counter on here too which is really handy, would recommend to anyone, if I can do it at 63 anyone canπ
I've looked through the app and finished Day 1 of Beginner Tai Chi. I appreciate the many seconds given to show how each exercise is done before actually doing it. I'm happy to have found this app because I have a very large hernia that prohibits using weights or doing most standard exercises. This is slow movement but exhilarating! Thank you.
I really like it so far. It's easy to learn and understand. I do this before going to work in the morning and there is an option to do a small Tai Chi exercise to help with sleep. I went ahead and paid the $26 forever bc it's cheap, no adds and there are soooo many exercises on there. I'll stick with it. I'm a beginner btw.
